Our products are digital and available for instant download as PDF files immediately after payment. You click the product link and it will begin downloading to the device.
In what file format are the products delivered (PDF, Word, etc.)?
Our products are delivered in PDF format, which is compatible with most devices and easy to print. Some products may also include other formats like PowerPoint, depending on the product type. This is stated in the product description.
How do I download my purchased files?
After completing your payment, the product PDF file will be available for download by clicking the product link in the email or order details on the thank you page.
Can I preview a product before purchasing?

However, it is strictly prohibited to download, copy, or use any preview images or materials without purchasing the product.

You can download a product multiple times from the email or if you have an account you can go to the "orders" section and the previous orders will appear.
Do you sell physical products or only digital ones?
We currently only sell digital products, all of which are available for instant download after purchase. Please note that this may change in the future as we expand our offerings.

No, the product is provided as-is and cannot be altered in any way.
Do you offer refunds for digital products?
Generally, we do not offer refunds for digital products. Once payment is completed and the product is downloaded, refunds are not available.
Will I get free updates for the products I purchase?
We might update some of the products if there is demand for something to be changed, removed or added to the product. We will send out emails to those who have already purchased the product with the new file in the email, with the same license as before except that it is the new version.
Do I need to create an account to purchase a product?
No, you do not need to create an account to purchase products from our store. You can complete your purchase as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders and access your downloads more easily.
What happens if I accidentally purchase the wrong product?

Is there a time limit on how long I can use the product after purchase?
There is no time limit on using the products after purchase. Once you’ve downloaded the files, they are yours to use indefinitely. But check out the terms and condition for how the products can be used.

Can I print the products in color or black-and-white?
Yes, you can print our products in either color or black-and-white. The print quality will depend on your printer settings. Some products are given for black and white and color veriations. Some products are meant to be only in color, so printing it in black and white might change some of the elements of the product.
What printer settings should I use for the best results?
For optimal print results, we recommend using high-quality print settings, such as "Best" or "High" on your printer, and ensuring that your paper is set to the correct size (usually A4 or Letter).
Can I use your products for online classes or remote teaching?
Yes, our products are suitable for use in online classes, remote teaching, and other educational settings. You can use them to teach, learn, or share with students in a virtual environment. However, these products are for educational purposes only and may not be resold, redistributed, or used for commercial gain without prior permission. To use them for this purpose, you need to buy the product with the "School" license. You can do this by selecting the school on the usage popup, which you can find at the bottom of the page.

As of now, we do not offer any discounts or sales on our products or services. Our pricing is carefully set to ensure fairness and affordability for all customers while maintaining the high quality of the materials we provide. By keeping consistent pricing, we ensure equal opportunities for everyone to access our resources, without relying on temporary promotions or sales events.
Why do prices in currencies other than USD vary?
USD is the standard currency on our website. Prices in other currencies fluctuate based on the current USD exchange rates.
Why do some products have different prices for personal and school use?
